When you are satisfied with a quote, read, sign and fax or mail the Performance Agreement back to us with a deposit and we can guarantee our services. Once both of the simple steps are met as listed below, your event reservation will be complete and we can guarantee our services. -

- Performance Agreement: Read, sign and fax or mail the Performance Agreement back to us and we can guarantee our services (deposit also required).
- Retainer Fee: A retainer fee (deposit) is required and must be received by the date indicated on the Performance Agreement to guarantee services.

Once you reserve an event with us, you will gain access to our Client Area. This is a gateway to many tools that you can use to plan your event such as our Music Database, Planning Forms, Event Timelines and more.-

- Planning Forms: Design and coordinate every specific detail for your event.
- Event Timeline: Design and create an unlimited number of event timelines, completely tailored to your event.
- Music Database: You can search our most up-to-date music library online. Keyword searching, browsing, listen to audio samples.
- Guest Requests: A fun optional feature that allows your guests to login and contribute towards a master music request list.

When you hire professional DJ’s with Kingdom DJ Productions 5% of the proceeds will be sent to support the cause that you care about most. Select from our list of causes or submit your own. Large or small, any cause in the US qualifies and 501(c)3 nonprofit status is NOT required.
Your cause could include churches, schools events (PTAs, classrooms), disease research, social efforts, youth teams, arts organizations, or any other organization trying to positively affect the community.
